I am a Bay Area-based therapist with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that integrates mindfulness, somatic practices, creative arts, and solution-focused therapy. A graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies with a concentration in Drama Therapy, I bring a diverse clinical background shaped by experience in hospital, school, and community clinic settings. Originally from New York City, I’ve worked with older adults with dementia, children and families in schools, teens in foster care, and marginalized adults facing chronic addiction, pain, depression, and anxiety. In addition to individual therapy, I facilitate group sessions using art, drama, and talk therapy, as well as coping skills workshops. I am a proud member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT). I also enjoy dancing, going to art galleries, and spending time with family and friends while not working.
