Wellness & Restorative Therapies

Our Wellness & Restorative Therapies are designed to support healing, reduce discomfort, and improve overall function as part of a comprehensive pain management plan. Through personalized, non-invasive treatment approaches, we help patients restore mobility, enhance well-being, and return to the activities that matter most.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and movement patterns affected by injury or chronic pain. Through individualized treatment plans and guided therapeutic exercise, our physical therapists help patients regain function, increase independence, and work toward their recovery goals.

Chiropractic Care

Proper alignment of the body’s structure, particularly the spine, can promote self-healing without surgery or medication. Chiropractic treatment helps restore joint mobility that may be restricted by tissue injury caused by trauma or repetitive stress. These therapies can provide relief for pain affecting the muscles, joints, bones, and connective tissues and are often used alongside conventional medical care.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to support healing and restore balance within the body. By stimulating specific points with fine, sterile needles, acupuncture may help relieve pain, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and support the body’s natural healing processes. When performed by licensed practitioners, acupuncture is considered a safe and effective complement to comprehensive pain management.

Coordinated Care for Better Outcomes

At BHC, restorative therapies are integrated into each patient’s broader treatment plan when clinically appropriate. Our providers collaborate across specialties to ensure patients receive coordinated care designed to improve function, build resilience, and support long-term recovery.

Scheduling Information: Physical therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture services are available to current BHC patients and require a recommendation from a BHC provider. Patients who are not currently established with BHC will first need to schedule an evaluation with one of our providers to determine the most appropriate course of care.
