I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist passionate about motivating/assisting people to unstuck from existential crisis, manage life stressors triggered by emotional, physical and relational pain, and heal from traumatic circumstances. I have a master’s in psychology-San Francisco and an Intensive Cognitive Behavioral Training- Stanford University. I am also trained in Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Family Therapy, Codependency, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy to help people through their process of creating their best version of a meaningful and significant, preferred life story to enjoy.
