Elizabeth Trockey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in California. She received her education at UC Davis and Touro University Worldwide. She has been a practicing therapist for seven years, has worked in multiple settings and has extensive experience working with chronic pain, trauma, and coping with life transitions. A major focus in her work is utilizing compassion, humor, and trauma-informed practices to support her patients with coping and finding renewed hope.
