Evan Marlowe, MD

Dr. Marlowe is a board-certified medical doctor who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation andreceived his medical degree in Arkansas. Dr. Marlowe went on to the completed a surgical internship in Oregon, and then a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation in Philadelphia. Returning to California in 1999, he began his full-time medical practice. Dr. Evan S. Marlowe is a sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation (physiatry) and preventive medicine medical provider in Santa Ana, California.


 

Michael Esposito, MD

Dr. Esposito is a Spine Fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon, specializing in injuries to the shoulders, knees, elbows and low backs. He has been practicing in the Orange County area as an orthopedic surgeon since 1982, providing continued excellent medical care to all patient's.


 

Scott Small, D.O.

Dr. Scott Small is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management. He attended medical school in southern California at Western University of Health Sciences where he graduated with honors in 2007. He then went on to complete his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Connecticut and graduated in 2011. He worked as an anesthesiologist in Orange County for two years where he specialized in ultrasound guided regional anesthesia and post-operative pain management. In 2013 he decided to pursue a fellowship in chronic pain management at the University of Texas in San Antonio. Since that time, he has practiced pain management in Orange County. Dr. Small focuses on a multimodal approach to pain management that combines therapeutic exercise, medication management, and interventions to restore function and improve patient's lives. He is an expert in advanced pain management techniques including ultrasound guided nerve blocks, stem cell therapy, and spinal cord stimulation.


 

Denise Nguyen, LMFT

Dr. Nguyen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her undergraduate from UC Irvine, her master’s in counseling psychology and doctorate of Education in Counseling Psychology through Argosy University. Dr. Nguyen has experience working with adults with co-occurring chronic medical illnesses alongside their trauma, depression, anxiety, and intergenerational dynamics within the family. She completed her dissertation on the influencing factors of attitudes towards seeking mental health support. She has been a part of training committees in the County of Orange to provide education to mental health providers. Dr. Nguyen is passionate about creating a supportive environment to work collaboratively with each client. She is equally excited about providing psychoeducation to increase knowledge and skills to help clients increase their confidence to manage their health.


 

Eric Cachia, L.Ac, DACM

Eric M. Cachia has been a practicing Acupuncturist for 17 years in Workers' compensation and Personal injury. He holds 4 degrees and has attended law school. He is licensed in California and holds Doctor of Acupuncture licenses in Florida and Rhode Island as well. He has certifications in Acupuncture Orthopedics, Acupuncture injection therapy and as a Medical Laser Safety Officer. He has taught an Acupuncture certification program for Medical Doctors at the University of Miami Miller school of Medicine and currently serves as an expert witness for the State of California.


 

Erin Hernandez, PT

Dr. Hernandez is Board Certified in Physical Therapy, receiving her doctorate of physical therapy education from Azusa Pacific University. She is a certified Clinical Instructor and a certified strength and conditioning specialist.  Dr. Hernandez provides outpatient physical therapy services and teaches wellness classes aimed at improving quality of life and active pain management tools for those with chronic pain.  She loves working with chronic pain patients including but not limited to low back pain, CRPS/RSD, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, and fibromyalgia.  She enjoys teaching her patients that there is a life to be lived beyond their pain.


 

Kelsey Yzaguirre, LPTA

Kelsey Yzaguirre is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Loma Linda University in 2021. Prior to her education at Loma Linda University, Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health and Fitness Promotion from California State University, Fullerton in 2018. Kelsey has clinical experience working with inpatient and outpatient settings. She enjoys teaching others the importance of building a strong and healthy foundation. Kelsey is currently a provider at the IPM Santa Ana clinic where she continues to pursue her passion and career as a PTA.


 

Lauren Hunter, DC

Dr. Hunter is a chiropractor and qualified medical examiner. Dr. Hunter received her bachelor of science degree from UC Riverside. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Sciences where she focused on sports medicine. Following graduation she spent several years as adjunct faculty teaching physical and orthopedic exam skills as well as chiropractic manipulative technique. Dr. Hunter currently practices in Santa Ana where she specializes in personal injury and worker’s compensation.


 

Mark Nguyen, LCP

Mark Nguyen is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in chronic pain and cognitive processing deficit treatment. He earned two doctorate degrees in Educational Leadership and Clinical Psychology from the University of Southern California (USC) and the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.  Dr. Nguyen spent his first 15 years working in public education and was an Associate Professor for the School Psychology program at National University in San Diego before joining the IPM team. As a psychologist, Dr. Nguyen helps bring a multidisciplinary approach to patients’ pain management, drawing from different disciplines including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis.


 

Patty Lundquist, LMFT

Patty Lundquist is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.  Patty has been a licensed therapist for three decades working with adult, youth and geriatric.  She is skilled in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma and has the ability to meet people where they are at on their journey. She enjoys teaching and providing tools for her clients to reach their goals.  Patty focuses on the whole person, bringing balance, care and compassion. Creating a safe place to explore life with its daily challenges. Knowing that pain is real, but so is hope.


 

Rolando Martinez, DC

Dr. Martinez is a Doctor of Chiropractic, who specializes in sports medicine. He received his Chiropractic degree from the Pasadena College of Chiropractic, California, in 1985. Dr. Martinezhas been in full-time practice since February of 1986. Dr. Martinezis board qualified as a sports medicine specialist and is currently pursuing QME certification.


 

Ryan Don, PT

Dr. Don is a Board Certified in Physical Therapist, receiving his physical therapy education from Loma Linda University. His post Graduate education included Master of Physical Therapy in 2006 and Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2008. He is a certified Clinical Instructor. Dr. Don provides inpatient and outpatient physical therapy. He currently is the director of the physical therapy department and the head physical therapist of the functional restoration program at the Santa Ana clinic.
