Dr. Thompson specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a focus on non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions. Beginning practice in 1990, injured workers became a large part of the practice. Over the past 20 years he has become an expert in Workers’ Compensation issues and AMA Impairment and disability. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a Subspecialty Certification in Pain Management and a member of the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Maggie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her BA in Social Welfare and Justice from Marquette University and Master of Social Work from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As a former student-athlete with professional experience in orthopedics, Maggie has an interest in somatic attunement and whole body healing through a client-centered, holistic approach. Maggie has experience with the following treatment modalities: TF-CBT, Mindfulness, CBT, play therapy techniques, sand tray therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, The 3-5-7 Model, and Attachment-Focused Family Therapy.
