Tracy Belsan, DSL, MBA – Chief Executive Officer

Tracy has 30+ years of healthcare experience in the private and public sectors leading areas of multi-specialty physician group management, ASC and hospital leadership, ambulatory operations, and graduate medical education. Prior to her role with Boomerang Healthcare, Tracy held senior leadership roles in large national health systems and private equity healthcare companies.
Tracy is on the Advisory Board of the Healthcare Financial Management Association which focuses on strategic priorities for issues facing healthcare companies and previously served on the AMGA’s advocacy board of directors.
She holds a Doctoral degree in strategic management, an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Development, and her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership.

Annu Navani, MD – Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Annu Navani is the Chief Medical Officer for Boomerang Healthcare, with 20+ years of experience in the medical industry. Dr. Navani completed her Anesthesiology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and a fellowship in Pain Medicine from the University of California, Davis. Over the last decade and a half, she has served as Founder and CEO of Comprehensive Spine and Sports Center. Dr. Navani is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at the Division of Pain at Stanford University. Annu sits on the Editorial Board of the journal, Pain Physician and serves on the board of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, The Ortho Biologic Institute Networks, California Society of Industrial Medicine and Surgery, and California Society of Interventional Pain
Physicians. She has also authored several national guidelines including opioids, interventional spine epidural procedures, facet joints, and biologics in the lumbar spine.
 

Kasra Amirdelfan, MD – Vice President of Business Development

Dr. Kasra Amirdelfan is the Vice President of Business Development and the Director of Clinical Research at Boomerang Healthcare, with 25+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. He received his medical degree from Texas A&M University, College of Medicine and completed his residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, an affiliated facility with UT Southwestern School of Medicine. Dr. Amirdelfan completed his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Pacific Pain Treatment Centers, in collaboration with California Pacific Medical Centers in San Francisco. He has authored over 90 scientific peer-reviewed publications in his specialty. He serves as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs and an executive board member of the American Society of Pain & Neuroscience (ASPN). He is also one of the founders of the Pacific Spine & Pain Society (PSPS).
