He specializes in musculoskeletal and orthopedic pain. including back. shoulder, and neck issues. while also supporting stress management sleep, digestion, immunity, and hormonal balance.

He also serves on the board of Lyon-Martin and is a nationally certified self-defense instructor and three-time international gold medalist

In his spare time. Dr. Grey Mountain enjoys woodworking. spending time with his family (including his dog Coco), and traveling to find new foods to enjoy.
