Functional Restoration Program (FRP)

Rebuild Strength and Confidence for a Lasting Recovery

Through a powerful blend of movement, education, and emotional support, FRP helps participants rebuild their strength, restore confidence, and take back control of their lives.

How FRP Works

How Our Program Helps You Heal and Thrive

The FRP is a comprehensive 32-day rehabilitation program that blends physical activity, education, and mind-body techniques in a structured daily schedule.

Unlike traditional pain treatments that focus only on the body, our approach addresses the whole person; physical, psychological, and social factors that will help you manage pain, regain function, and get back to work and meaningful activities.
