Dominique Salido, is a mission-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who received her master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University. She has worked with all ages in various environmental settings such as schools, homes, hospitals, long-term skilled nursing facilities, and community mental health clinics. She is skilled in biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, collaborative consultation, psychotherapy, therapeutic interventions, crisis management, safety planning, and grief and bereavement. She is knowledgeable on co-occurring diagnoses and working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Her approach includes spending time getting to know more about your background, collaborating on addressing your needs, and moving at your pace. She incorporates a range of therapy approaches and other evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help address triggers, emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ambivalence, and other mental health challenges.

One of her strengths is patience in which she takes the time to provide compassionate quality care and services, using a strengths-based perspective.
